Erynne is an environmental engineer and landscape designer inspired by innovative watershed-scale thinking and community-centered water management. As a consultant at Herrera, Erynne bridges technical design and analysis; community engagement and co-design strategies; interdisciplinary research; and integrated water resources design and planning. Erynne bringsĀ 10 years of experience collaborating on interdisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, educators, architects, landscape architects, and community members. Her experience across the public, private, and research sectors includes the design and research of greywater biogardens, urban blue-green infrastructure strategies, environmental and watershed education, trail planning, curricula development, and urban landscape design. She frequently works on planning and design projects at the nexus of complex ecosystems and community infrastructure, including parks, trails, and green infrastructure. Prior to working in environmental consulting, Erynne taught watershed and climate change education at the base of Mt. Adams, connecting communities to their watersheds and the Columbia River Gorge. She loves a community workshop and talking all things water!
